Folklorico Makeup
Ladies should always wear makeup for performances. At the very least dancers should have red lipstick, rosy cheeks and basic eyeshadow. Remember to set your face and to TUCK YOUR HEAD IN and close lips to avoid getting makeup on the vestuarios.
Las mujeres siempre deben usar maquillaje para presentaciones. Por lo menos los bailarines deben tener labial rojo, mejillas rosadas y sombra de ojos básica. Recuerda fijar tu maquillaje y meterte la cabeza y cerrar los labios para evitar que el maquillaje se meta en los vesturios.
Folklorico Hair
Having a secure and slicked back bun for performances is important so that our hairpieces don’t fall out while on stage. Use hairspray and gel to tame any fly-aways and use as many bobby pins as you need to keep your bun and tocado in place.
Tener un chongo seguro para las presentaciones es importante para que nuestros peinados no se caigan mientras estamos en el escenario. Use laca y gel para los pelos sueltos y use tantos pasadores como necesite para mantener su chongo y tocado en su lugar.
Undergarments
On stage, we want our dancing and costumes to shine. For this, we ask that nails are not distracting colors and that undergarments are nude to you or white colored. White or nude colored undershirts are required underneath all costumes. Straps should not be seen.
En el escenario, queremos que brille nuestros bailes y nuestro vestuario. Para ello, te pedimos que sus uñas no sean colores que distraigan y que su ropa interior sea nude para ti o de color blanco. Las correas no deben verse.
Performance Kits
Kits ensure you have everything you need for each show. If you purchase a kit without bloomers, you can borrow a pair from us that will be turned back in with your vestuario. Earrings are as pictured. For cohesion, we will all wear the same style.
Estos kits garantizan que tengan todo lo que necesita para cada presentacion. Si compra un kit sin calzonera, podemos prestar un par para la presentacion que se regresan con el vestuario. Aretes son como se muestra en la imagen.
